4 post starter solenoid

Has anyone had any issue with the four post starter solenoids sold by autozone and napa
I have the autozone one, and My starter randomly engages whilst truck is running.
I need to solve this before all the teeth on my starter are shredded
any ideas?
thanks

It could be your solenoid, or your key switch or a wire rubbed through somewhere you really need to get in there in and start chasing wires to determine where your problem is

disconnect your trans range sensor and look for corrosion or moisture. I've seen this a few times.
