fuel pump problem

well i started the truck this past sunday it ran for about 2 minutes then 2 wires that go to the relay infront of the gpr that run to the intake on the left hand side melted. so the glow plug relay stopped working just bought another one and changed it last night when i got home from work and gpr still isnt working i changed both relays and still nothing. i checked the #30 fuse and its not blown and now the fuel pump isnt turning on either
