new glow plugs, wont start

so my truck wouldn't start if it dropped below 40ish, so i changed the glow plug relay and put in new glow plugs, no change, it blows white smoke while cranking, so its cranking good and pushing fuel through the system, what should i look for??

Is your gpr actually pulling in?
Check output of gpr with a meter ?

well glow plug relay was bad from the get go, did my own test, jumped the relay with key on, heard glow plugs kick on, and only power to the main power stud, i jumped it for 10 seconds and it fired right up, so glow plug relay is junk.

what kind did you buy??? buy a western snow plow relay part number; 56131k or get a stancor relay. buy that one off line. they both last a long time and then western snow plow relay is only 11 bucks

so it says in your sig that you have a new hpop icp and "opr" what is that? do you mean IPR? lol
