I was driving my 99 f-250 and it just shut off and will not start. I turned the key off and turned the key back on and the wait to start light does not iluminate as it normally would. finally got it home sat outside in 25 degree weather overnight and the wait to start light still does not come on. truck has fuel in it. camshaft sensor was changed about 6 months ago. I drive the truck once in awhile. plugged a code reader in and it cannot connect to the computer to pull the codes. :dunno:
You can't pull any codes because your pcm isn't "running" (as evidenced by the no WTS...)
Most likely it's a fuse, most likely is fuse #30 (also take a good look at #19 & #22). If you find 30 blown then suspect the fuel bowl heater and unplug it at the bottom of the fuel bowl or it will blow again.
Don't bother to even try to start or pull codes until you get that WTS back
