No start/crank

Starter solenoid shorted out in my truck about a week ago and melted a battery terminal. Replaced starter and wires. Everything worked fine for a week, and now I went to start the truck and starter will not crank over. Relay clicks, and I have power down at the starter, but will not crank over. Tried useing a jumping wire, but still nothing. Brand new starter. Could there be a relay somewhere that would be shorting out my starters?

Bench tested starter, and solenoid is fried again. Is there any way to test the relay to see if it is shorted out?
