Hard start now ABS light

ok i have a 02 with no problems have not had any warning lights. hard time starting yesterday got it started this morning with the block heater. now when i turn the key over to cycle the glow plugs i hear all the normal clicking and then a fart like sound under driver battery where the abs module is and then the light comes on.

im at a loss. but i have only had truck about two weeks and its killing me already. i need bearings batteries tires and now something is mysteriously wrong kicking the abs light

any ideas

I already disconnected the batteries but as soon as i hear the fart noise the lights right back on.

i took truck for a drive and the light went away.

Starting and an ABS light are going to be unrelated I'd think
