fuel gauge problem

Do all 99-03 have crappy fuel gauges? Mine is only accurate on level ground. When going down hill the fuel guage drops...I know the fuel is moving around but come on now..none of my other vehicles do this.

Also I'm noticing ever since the cold weather my needle goes to full even if I have a 1/4 tank. When I turn off and restart the engine it goes to the correct location. I'm guessing I got an issue with the fuel sender?

Will do. How many miles do you have on your rig? I'm like at 150k
