Windshield wiper Cd player problem

After getting my car alarm and autostart installed I am having problems with my windshield wiper and cd player. The problem is they do not work when the truck is running. They do work when it is in accessory mode (key turned towards me). I got fed up I took the alarm and autostart fuses out and removed the brain, but the problem still persists.

Any ideas on what could be the problem and solution? If not, is there a quick way to jerry rig it for a temporary fix? (I am going to need my windshield wipers tomorrow)
