to the site.

if you have a tilt-wheel, try changing the position. Maybe a wire is cut or having some other problem in the steering column?

Your truck is possessed by an evil spirit sent from the Chevy or Dodge dealer?
At least that is the most technical explanation that I can come up with!

Ok you must be the spiritual mechanic.

Your truck was telling you it wants to go for a drive wake up and drive me.

Now did it rain last night, was your truck heavily covered in dew. Was there any sign of moisture in the cab this morning when you went out to your truck.

The GEM Module, most likely got wet. That caused your horn to go crazy and most likely is making that clicking noise under your dash. From my understanding the gem module is expensive.
