Need hep! My hpop is shot.. where to buy one cheap, and how much is labor?

I'm located in VA on an Army post, and my hpop is dead. Where can I find one for cheap, and who around this area can install it for cheap? I'm broke and dont have the $2200 the dealer quoted me at

Truck is a 2002 6spd 7.3psd

ps I already tried the fpr.

Is there a writeup for installing the hpop into the '02?

Also, will any hpop work? Dont they have to be for late '99 and laters, being 17* pumps?
