lack of power problem

need to know where to start.

rough scenario....Dp tuner in the 80econ mode or 120 mode will do 0-60 in roughly 8-9 seconds

stock setting 0-60 is about 45 seconds

where should i start looking to try and track the problem down ? truck still runs like the same tired dog with the chip removed from truck
running dp-tuner/JWVB/4" TB exhaust/ OB annihalator / no codes other than glow plug relay
