Cuts out at full throttle

I've been trying to chase this problem and I can't find a cure.

2002 super duty. On full throttle, it goes for a sec, then cuts out to idle for a little bit, then goes full, cuts out, etc. Check engine light comes on when it cuts to idle, Actron scanner picks up no code. I've unplugged MAP, ICP, intake temp, boost temp, HPOP oil temp... still does it with them disconnected.

Any ideas? I'm getting irritated.

I'm having the same problem with my 2000 F-350 , the check engine light will appear and my truck would just idle with no throttle response . This first started while I was sitting at a redlight so there I was blocking trafficand suddenly the check engine light went out and I had throttle again, I made it about a mile and the truck would just idle but wouldn't move even with transmission in drive. Did you figure out the problem?
