Runs Rough after start but then drives fine

03 f-250 powerstroke 217,000 miles on it just did oil change and fuel filter

started one morning and had rough run after start hit accelerator and it went away no probs for like another week then it did it again and wouldnt stop till i drove with it then it toped and ran fine seems like only when its cold rainy and damp out please helppppppppp any ideas
