starting problems

this is what i am working on is a 02 powerstroke would not cold start and i am talking about 60 deg weather i put glow plugs and a glow pug relay on it now it will start but runs rough for like few min oil is fresh fuel filtler is fresh air filter is good no codes has 160000 on it any ideas thanks

Is your HPOP reservoir full? Getting enough fuel?

injectors are sticking cold , try to plug it in overnight , if it cranks ok , its time for some injectors, pluging it in wil warm the block and injectors , which will allow them to move easier alowing the popet valve inside to move , when cold its sticking causing hard start rough idle

answered your own question , better look into replacing injectors
