Heres my problem. I work for a transit fleet. We have an 03 7.3 in in a 450cutaway chassey. The problem is a reoccureing code 1211. What we have done so far is replaced the fuel pump & all filters includeing ones in tank, replaced IPR & ICP. Swapped out ECM.The oil is replaced ever 45days and the same oil is used in our intire fleet.I have cked fuel pres at both heads and its running no less than 55psi under load. We have a MODIS Snap on scanner and I have graphed ICP & IPR and have determined that the problem is a high spike in oil pres @ wot or under load. When codes flaggs the IPR is being commanded by the ecm to go as high as 65% durning this spike. Vehical is at dealer now but they are scratching *** also. Anyone out there have any suggestions???We are also not useing any aftermarket perforemence devices. Vehical is stock. Thanks Votran John

Possible injector O-ring issue. ICP blowing past the O-rings causing the IPR to be commanded to 65% to keep up with ICP demands.
