Truck Will Not Crank

I have a 2001 f250 and this morning when i went out to crank it there was no noise at all. Every thing was normal until i tried to turn it over. The starter did not click or any thing. i had 3 fuses blown and there was a noise under the dash that sounded like some thing was melting. I pulled the dash and could not smell smoke or feel heat. Could not find any thing wrong any help would be appreciated.

I got it fixed i think it was my starter relay on the pass. finder well.
