Reverse (Back-Up) light stay on --- help

Hey guys .. I can't seem to figure this out .. yesterday for no apparent reason my reverse lights came on and will not turn off. All I have to do is turn the key to accessory position and pow the back-up light are activated.. Doesn’t matter if I put the truck in (D) (P) or (R) the light stay on the entire time. Any ideas what could cause this ???

Bad reverse switch? Did you check the wiring on the shifter?
