What fuel pressure should I be running?

Hello All,

Below I have listed as to what I've done to my truck (see signature). I've installed stage 2 DIY single shot injectors. I had the fuel pressure regulator shimmed, but continued to blow injector o-rings. Since I've removed the shim, and am hoping to alleviate the issue but would like to know what the proper fuel pressure should be?

Also, I am curious about knowing what would be a good aftermarket fuel pump? I thought I'd heard of one call "Fazz" or something like that. And curious to know if they have an adjustment for fuel pressure build right ino the pum?
