NEED HELP truck wont run

need alot of help. i had to get a tow home last night cuz my truck wouldnt run. it idles real ruff, almost lke a tractor lope. and it will idle up eventually and drve but you give it gas it falls flat on its face and blows white and blue smoke?? idk whats wrong, my guees what its not getting fuel? and i have a dp f5 tuner, could that have anything to do with it?
