Help! No clue what to do!!

Ok so i was driving home from the shore today and about 15 min before im home. Im at a traffic light and i go to pull away once it trys to **** in to third gear it like loses all power and the check engine light comes on still drives just bearly tho. It only does it when get on it a little if i take my time accelerating then it shifts fine. its really weird and i dont know what to do? Im thinking it might be the trans modual because it seems electrical not physical since it still moves. Oh I have exhaust intake and a Dp-tuner F6 chip. Any help would be great.

Yeah it runs really rough almost like a loop

What does limp mode mean?

Put it on a computer and it was saying the #6 injector cylinder was bad. So its either the harnes for the injectors or the actual injector. Anymore suggestions??
