hi i have a 2001 f250 7.3 crew cab

and just bought a 30ft 5th wheel and hooked up to it to pull it home and noticed that the rear end of my truck was dipping a lot and when i took a close look at the leaf springs i noticed they were bending the the other way

i was just wondering is this normal and if not what can i do about it

I guess this would happen if you have enough weight on them. You might need some helper air bags in the rear

My bet your severely over your weight limits and as such illegal!!
