stream of fuel from near the starter 2002 7.3

I just got this van on the road and thought it was getting poor millage. Put it down to sitting for a few months... today for the first time parked on dry pavement(not in a snowbank)- saw the leak when I hopped out to let it warm up. Steady stream from a cover plate next to the starter. Saw a post about o-rings at the filter drain??? Ideas??

Thanks
Ben

you've probably cracked a fuel line in the valley....check all your hoses around the fuel bowl
