Injectors 1 & 8

Tried to find something similar in other posts but you can never find the exact scenario.

I have an '03 7.3 with 210,000 miles. It is my daily driver. No engine mods at this point. Last Thursday I was driving down the street and it began running rough like it wasn't getting fuel. Truck died and wouldn’t restart. Suspected fuel filter so I changed it before calling for help. Wasn’t the filter. Towed to the Ford garage. Got word this morning that injectors 1 & 8 were bad probably due to poor fuel pressure and 1 & 8 are the last to get fuel. They did a test on the pump and it had good pressure but poor volume.

So now they are replacing the pump and two injectors($1900). I just had the HPOP replaced approx 1 month ago (about 2,000 miles) ($1100). Should I be expecting the other injectors to have problems? At 210k miles does it make sense to upgrade the injectors to a higher performance then stock? Could something have gotten hosed up during the HPOP change out?

Appreciate any ideas.

At 210,000 miles if you haven't done any injectors yet i would recommend doing them all. The high pressure pump if only a month old should be warranty depending on who did it. If it was the same shop it should be warranty.
