YES wait to start light comes on and goes out. Also let it be known the CPS was replaced less then 90 days ago

you said oil was full but what condition is it in , and if possible lets run a fuel pressure test

Thanks to this thread I saved several hundred bucks! Had the 1316 code, engine ran rough and light was on. Called dealer got some clues about the harness but it would have cost 180 bucks per side to replace valve cover gasket and harness doing it myself. I read this thread, pulled the valve cover and harness was very loose. Wire zip tied it back together - tip from professional mechanic. It is running like a champ again Zero bucks!!! Priceless.
