electrical problem

I have a 02 f250 td that one day the horn just started to sound. I pulled the fuse to stop it. Now my cruise control dos not work. Every time I put the fuse back in it shorts out. Anyone have any ideas.

shorted horn switch or a bad set of horns more than likely, and a clockspring shorted to ground could also cause this..........Marc
