surging of power

So i dont knwo how to really explain this but when at a certain rpm in like 2nd or 3rd cruising, my truck seems to surge with power then let back off in like 1 1/2 second intervals, and i have a steady foot so its not me, it annoys the hell out of my because people ask me why im trying to toss them back into the seats... please help

Unplug your ICP sensor and see if it still does it. You will get a check engine light, it will still run fine, it just goes into a failsafe mode. Do not lose the rubber oring on the plug. If that fixes the problem, id say you have a bad ICP sensor.

Roughly yes. I forget how much mine cost when mine took a dump. I know if you go to an International dealer it will be cheaper than Ford. Just tell them you need an ICP sensor for a 1999 T444E.

I havent had time really, worked at the barn this mornign then my other job till dark tonight, ill fill up tomorrow after church and see whats up, if thats nto it, im deff doing a ten mile dirt road ride with my budds, even though they say diesels suck at it, i get the best fuel mileage and always am the one pullign their asses out,
