At idle truck surges and eventually stalls but runs good at high rpms

Going crazy. 2000 ford excursion 7.3 powerstroke. 125k. Replaced o-rings on injectors. Replaced cam sensor. Replaced trottle sensor. Once truck warms up the truck surges like I am riding a bucking horse and will eventually stall especially while in neutral. But while i am driving it - it runs fine.

The truck needs to be hooked up to a proper scan gauge to see what is happening when the problem occurs. AE software will do this and is the one I purchased.
