99 f350 can't get Gatoback belt to fit?

I have a 99 f350 with a squeeling belt, put a new tensioner on, helped a little but still squeeled. I bought a goodyear gatorback belt part #4081215 and can't get it to go onwhen stretched out its at least 1/2" shorter than the old belt, anyone running this belt or have some suggestions???

1/2" can be a mile on a fan belt, sounds like you got the wrong belt. As for the squeal, check all the pullies with the belt off.
