Cranking not firing!

Hey im a new member and got some issues. I have a 00 Stroke that is cranking fine, or seems to be, but is not firing over. It also ticks really fast, like electrical, and all the dash lights flash on and off as I crank. I live In Wyo and it has been cold but its been plugged in for 2 days. Dont think its glow plugs, just changed them 6 months ago. Thinking maybe IDM or maybe fuel pump. Any advice?

Have you checked all the fuses? If not, check them and report back.
