AE not finding my 03 E-350

I bought the AE software with the Ford bundle a couple of weeks ago because I was having no start issues with two 7.3L's. I found that it is not compatible with the 1995 1/2 F-250 I wanted to use it on. Now I have plugged it into my 03 E-350 and it won't even acknowledge that the plug is connected. Anyone know what might be the problem? The software does work well on my 01 F-250 7.3L.

Did you follow the PSD settings recommended on the ITP website? Might want to do that.

Need to configure communications, go to vehicle drop down menu, comm. configuration, vehicle interface type: j1850 pwm. initialization type: non-obdII only. boom, done! also if the 03 is a 6.0, it uses CAN high speed comm. need to configure from same vehicle menu, use auto detect and obdII compliant, when comm is established it will promp you to enter a vehicle system, choose 6.0 powerstroke.
