Throwing a P0603 code

Can someone explain to me if the Kam Memory Loss code, actually is?

I got the code from our work truck we just bought. Since we bought it, the thing really hasent had any power. I just got it back from the dealership and it diddnt come up for them over there. They put two new batterys and a air cleaner in it, and they also said that they did check for codes. I put an SCT on it and it found the dtc right away. Its bone stock nothing at all done to it. I'll add

thanks guys!

You usually set that code if your batteries are recently disconnected or the PCM is pulled.

Don't think it has anything to do with it running underpowered....
