Testing injector without AE?

I have a problem with my truck, I got my friend that works for ford to scan the truck and all he has told me so far is that #2 injector isn't firing.

Are there any resistance checks I can do to determine if the injector is in range and if it is then I should look closer at the under valve cover harness?


The problem with the truck is it is missing, rough idle and way down on power, just happened sitting at a red light, popped up a SES light, I thought it was the torque convertor at first but then after it was scanned found out that it is down 1 hole.

Fixed the problem

the under valve cover harness had pulled out of the valve cover gasket
