GOT A 99 psd FOR 4k. someone sabotaged it

I just bought this truck 3 days ago. The guy guy i got if from says he sold it to his buddy on payments and to make a long story short after 7 m0. and no $$ he took it back.( with a bad trans) HE had it towed to the shop and it had a trans installed and his buddy hurd work of it and he supposedly sabotaged it, He said his son to him he pit sand in the fuel or something like that. I cant see any sand in the filter..
I drained the tank, changed the oil and drained the coolant just to make sure.

Its kinda hard to start, runs rough when it does run and has NO power.. I can only get it going about 30mph... It blows a little blue smoke spites and sputters. when its cold it runs better you floor it and rev it towards 3k when warm it wont idle, or hardly run without holding it to the floor....
Ive replaced all fluids.and filters.. I don't know what else to do.
It will purr great if you rev it to 2-2500+ RPM.. beyond that it will spit and sptter and sgoot to 3k when the turbo picks up.

Hopefully the injectors haven't took a crap.

Does it have fuel pressure from the electric pump??

good to see you on the org... i just found it a month ago lol i know thats terrible.. but better late than never...

here is a bump for the OP.. it sounds to me like you're going to have to tear it down and start over... could be a good project truck... build it up right and take your time
