911 truck won't start

I gotten new batteries, alternator, and just replaced the starter. The truck started two days ago but won't now. I got the starter checked and it was shorting out and taking too many amps to start the truck properly. I now just put the new starter on it and have a full charge on my batteries, but the truck just turns and turns with no start. There is a clicking sound coming the the dash when i turn the key and does not stop until i quit turning the truck over. Just goes buzz with almost all the dash lights on. WHAT DO I DO? I am going insane. I have checked all connection, batteries, starter, alternator.

things just keep getting better and better. I thought i found my problem under the dash. Two Relays were clicking uncontrollably during start up and the truck would not fire. I changed the relays and as soon as i turned the key click the whole truck is dead. All i hear is the PCM im guessing beeping and clicking like crazy. Did i just short the whole truck out or something changing the relays? WTF

thanks for all the help guys. Turned out my battery connections cooked up. I noticed them when i was looking at the computer connections. The lead actually got hot enough and melted. changed out the relays and put on new connectors and she is starting up beautifully
