Speedometer Calibration

hey guys, I just found out my speedo is off. At 80mph per the speedometer, I am actually only going 76 mph. that's 5% off even with stock tyres! how can it be recalibrated? can someone other than the stealer do it? thanks.

the dealer can do it. and only 4 mph off isn't bad. I'm 16% off so at 80 i'm doin 93. I tried to have a buddy at the dealer do it but they can't do it for tires that big.
