Help fuel leak

2000 f250 7.3 leaking fuel off the top of fuel tank when tank is full or on a down hill grade leak come from about 16 inches back from front of tank any ideas. Hoping to find idea of whats wrong befor i drop tank any help would be great......only leaks when full?????

I know this is old but is this caused usually by the tank pump gasket being partially bad...not sure if it can leak out the vapor valve or not? Anyone?
