Everything is normal till the off starts flashing then when you go to take off from a stop it feels like the tranny is slipping and when you put it in park it idles way up only when it's flashing....Haven't had the problem so far today.

Sounds to me like you have tranny problems even though it only has 60k on it. My only symptoms are the o/d light flashing intermittently. Even when flashing I've had no problems up until recently. Now I have a low/rough idle and the truck is missing a little. So today I picked up a ICP sensor, the tranny range sensor and the rear drive/abs sensor. I am hoping the ICP sensor fixes my miss and that one of the other two sensors fixes the o/d light flashing. For $300 in sensors I would hope so . . .

Does your ABS dash lite come on at the same time? If it does it is the rear sensor located on top of the rear rearend pumpkin. It's an easy fix. One bolt and a smal wire harness to unplug. When putting the new one in, make sure you lube the part of the sensor that goes inside the housing with oil before tightening the bolt. Reconnect the wiring harness and you're good to go. Work time about 5 minutes.
