fuel in coolant reservior

just found fuel in coolant reservior, has any one done injector cups on 99 7.3 in veh. or do the heads deffinetly need to come off.

They can be done in the vehicle. My buddy has a diesel shop and he just did a set about a month ago. There is a special tool that threads down into the cup so you can pull it out and then a driver to drive the new one in. I didn't see the tool or watch him do it he just told me about it, but I could get more info. if needed.
