Power Steering Line Seals?
Anybody have any experience with the power steering lines that connect to those short pipes on the hydroboost unit? The passenger side line on the hydrobosster was dripping so I took it off to replace the oring like I have on other powersteering lines and there was no oring on them. Alldata says theres a "teflon ring" that needs a tool to install it. I peeled what must have been left of the ring off and didn't think anything of it when I took both sides off. Wanted to see what I have to do to replace those as now I think I probably made the leak worse! I havent tried to start it yet though.
Thanks! |
