Vibration and motor shut off on 02

There were some similar post to my situation but none exactly. I have a 02 7.3 with little over 200,000 miles on it. I just bought the truck about two months ago. About a week ago there was a bad vibration at 40 to 60 mph. When i let off the gas the vibration stops. So i dont think it could be in the drivetrain. It doesnt sound like the motor is skipping while im going down the road. And it has shut off on me a bunch going down the road or when i first crank it and hit the gas. Yesterday it started loping real bad when the truck was at idle, but when i go it sounds normal. Any help would be great thanks.

I checked the codes and it showed P1284 Fault, P1280 ICP, and P0476 . I know that the P0476 is common in most ps with highier miles. And the P1280 could explain it shuting off on me. but im just wondering what else it could be. I would like some advice and what the vibration is. thanks alot
