cold mourning running issues
the past couple days it got from about 30-40 degrees at night. in the mourning i start the truck and go. but when i am cruising at 1200-1750 rpms it looses power, rpms and has a loud whooshing sound. seems to react like a boost leak but only when it is cold. even when i let it warm up it still did it until it got to normal temp Any ideas? thanks

sounds like the ebpv.its a valve that closes in the exhaust system to make the engine work harder so it will warm up faster.

^^agreed sounds like normal function of the EBPV. It should lessen the more it warms up.
