Anyone in NJ that can help w/ oil pan rust?

Looking for a shop or person in NJ who can help me with patching a rusted oil pan. Its a 1999 F250 2WD. Right now its a slow drip but I have not sanded it down or cleaned it up to know the full extent of the rust. Was quoted $1550 for replacement but can't afford it. Could really use any help or info.

I'm in Monmouth county by the beach. I talked to a local welder friend of mine and he told me he could weld it. We'll see about that not really sure if it will happen. Then I plan on putting a couple coats of POR15 on it with a layer of fiberglass in between coats.
