Passenger mirror possessed?????

Ok. For the past 2 days when I have walked out from work I noticed the glass in my passenger mirror has moved to the right. I corrected it. The second day I noticed it had moved all the way to the left. I corrected it. This morning I wake up for work and it has moved all the way to the right again. Now this has happened while at work twice and once at my house so I no longer feel someone is messing with my truck. I normally leave the switch in the middle position inside the truck so it should not move either mirror. What should I be looking for that would cause the mirror to move by itself like this.

Cool Passenger mirror possessed?????

That is wierd....When I park in a lot with vehicles around me, I fold my mirrors so that no one walks into them. Try that for a day or two and see if it moves... Just a thought that someone is messing with you.

Mine have also mysteriously moved before, however, I'm on a college campus, and I think its usually my buddies walking around my truck, always the passenger side too, so I have to get out and walk around to fold it back out in extreme cases.

They better hope I don't catch them. I don't like fairies.
I tried to move the glass by hand but it is not easy so I doubt it is a huge gust of wind. It has happened at work and my house so I don't think it is a person. I have the telescoping mirrors so I do not beleive I can fold them. I was wondering if something could be shorting by any chance. This is just really weird and will drive me crazy until I find out what is doing it.

I know this seems very funny but it is driving me up a wall. I left my switch in the left position this morning and so far the mirror has not moved. I just changed it to the middle again and will check it later to see if it has moved. I just can't beleive someone would do this at work and then come to my house at night and do it again.

Actually I've spent some time this morning searching the net for ya and coming up with a big ZERO on searching for that problem.

It might very well be something in your switch on the door. Have you cleaned that area out lately, i.e., dust, mud, etc....?

I will probably pull it out this evening and spray it with some electrical cleaner and let it dry and then put it back and see what happens. I also just moved my truck to a different parking lot at work. Thanks for searching on that. I also could not find anythiing so that is why I asked everyone here if they have heard of it or had it happen. If it is a prank then someone is really getting me good.
