Only starts when plugged in

Okay guys. My 01' will only start if I plug her in for about 3 hrs and she starts right up. If I don't plug in she just turns over and never starts. The big kicker is I just installed new GP and the GP relay. Not sure the problem is. Help me please as I am tired of plugging this truck in.
