what does it mean if your truck is cold and you start it and a cloud of white smoke blows out? ive noticed my dads does the same...any help would be nice. thanks eric.

212k and only during startup? If the smoke goes away after a few seconds..
I would ignore it. Unburnt fuel Issues? Most likely worn out glow plugs. Could be worn rings or sticky injectors when cold. Again, ignore it unless it is REALLY bad. |
