Exclamation codes

Hi,
I need help with codes. I have had tons of problems w/this truck's electrical. I have a new fuse/GEM panel, its just not installed yet.
All (most) of the codes below were caught by doing the "test on board systems"
I have no MIL/SES light, which leads me to believe something more is going on with the fuse panel then just my one touch relay having no power to it.
I'm having issues with the truck acting like it's starving for fuel, ESPECIALLY under load. I haven't done a fuel pressure test yet.
The truck has 182k on it, & 2 weeks ago, it was running perfect. Di a oil change about 1000 miles ago, tranny was serviced 2 weeks ago, I originally thought it was a suspension/tranny problem, I had my rotors turned, & things somewhat improved, but now, I think theres a whole lot more going on. It almost seemed like I could feel a vibration under my feet, but no one in the vehicle could feel it. Then as the problem got worse, others could feel it, barely, at least until it got bad, then I wasn't so "crazy".
I have also felt like it was a throttle problem, as it is slow to respond.
I did KOEO, KOER, Cylinder contribution test, & injector buzz test
