My truck is doing the same. No heat out of vents? The vacumn pump seems to run non stop. It is loud and is running as soon as you turn the key on before you even start truck. My brothers dont do that? Could it be a bad leak or why does my pump run more and louder?

One more thing when I play with 4x4 switch by turning it on and off it will start blowing out vents. My vacumn lines to the hubs are disconnected and plugged to. I have milemarker hubs. Can anyone help?
