99 SuperCab rear seat
I have a 99 supercab with the seats that fold flat, and has the pad across the back below the back window. My question is, can you put a newer supercab rear seat without a lot of trouble. It's uncomfortable, and the back pad has holes in it from my kids car seats.

Bump.
I too would like to know the answer to this question. I have an opportunity to purchase the rear seat from a 2000 for $125.00 but the guy lives a couple hours away. Would it be a direct bolt-in replacement? Any advice is appreciated. |

IIRC it bolts right in just make sure you get the mounting brackets for it. This is on my list of things to do as well as 01+ front seats.

Has anyone made the switch? My 99 has the same set in the back, they are uncomfortable as hell.

I'm still debating because there is a third(middle) bracket on the 2000-up back seats because of the 60/40 split. This means I would have to drill at least one, if not two, holes in the cab floor to properly bolt down the seat. I'm not sure I want to mess around with this.....
