CB Antenna Wire Instalation

Hi all,

I could use some help installing my CB antenna coax. I am new to my 2001 F-250 Super Duty, Crew Cab.
I know there's a grommet or 'hole' behind the back seat. Is it easiest to run the antenna wire under the carpet on the 'hump', or around the side by the door jams, or through the fire wall and then under the truck along the frame?

How do I access the 'hole', does the back panel just pull off or are there hidden screws?
