What accesorey is missing?

So I was replacing burnt out dash lights when I noticed some wiring and a small square plug for some kind of accesory that I don't have.

When I removed the dash I of course had to unplug a number of things, but just to the left of the Power Supply, was a wiring plug, small, square, and was being held in the back of the dash but there's nothing ont he front side.

So, what am I missing?

I was thinkin it might be the plug for a 4wd switch if its a two wheel drive.

Sorry for no picture, but the cable for the camera is in the office and I ain't going in until tomorrow.

So my truck is a 4x4...I have the switch on the dash there, so let me try to explain better...

So the spot is to the right of the radio and the right of the heater controls. It's below the level of the radio and the same level as the heater controls. There's a small box outlined in the dash and on the right hand side of the box is a small 'roll up' type door labeled Power Supply. The 'extra' electrical connnection is behind the dash...just held in place and not connected to anything. It's just to the left of the airbag/glove box.

I have the 6CD changer radio so it's not related to the radio/cd. I have Airconditioning so it's not related to that. On the other side I have the backup sensor thingy next to the 4x4 switch...so it's not that.

When I go to work tomorrow I'll take a picture.

It's the plug to turn off the passanger airbag but if you have a crewcab that switch isn't there since you can seat minors in the back seat. The switch is only on regular cabs and on super cab SuperDutys.
